Bhubaneswar: City based CSM Technologies has won the Best IT Services award from the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Eastern region.

The CII had recently organised IT@Awards to promote and recognise the best information technology practices in the State.

CSM Technologies, architect of the e-sishu project of Orissa Government, has received National award for the best website and the 5th India-Tech Excellence Award.

The CII award was judged on criticality of IT usage, improvement in service, impact on quality, productivity and society, innovation in terms of reach and replicability among other parameters.

The e-sishu project was designed to track each and every child of the State in the agegroup of 0 to 14 to ensure their fundamental right to education.
