We also cultivate strategic alliances with leading vendors for quick procurement and timely after-sales support.

Ingenious Delivery Model

Keeping the ground work on any project or consultancy intact, we do not compromise with the steadfastness or quality or time when delivering a solution. Therefore binding CSM’s approach to work in a defined nomenclature is next to impossible. We follow the best of best of all models to invent a unique approach to job getting done, which no other definition can provide. Our solutions get delivered to the client on time, with quality and within scope; all this without compromising on the standard processes of development. CSM’s Global approach of providing services is a combination of such onshore and offshore development and is the most remarkable method for the delivery of IT-services. It promises top-quality development, onsite delivery and faster project cycles - at a refreshingly affordable rate. This delivery model helps us to achieve a perfect balance of quality, cost savings and localization by shipping components of an IT project to various parts of the world for execution.

Project Management & Implementation Methodology

We have very clearly defined processes for Projects lifecycle and management tasks which is based on a five phase project management methodology:

  • Project Origination: We propose a project to develop a service that can solve a problem or address need of the client.
  • Project Initiation: Along with the end client identify the resources and team members needed to further develop the key project parameters – Cost, Scope, Schedule, and Quality (CSSQ).
  • Project Planning builds on the work done in Project Initiation, refining and augmenting CSSQ and Project Plan deliverables. A number of key elements are added to the Project Plan, including project specific items such as change control, acceptance management and issue management, as well as externally focused items such as organizational change management and project transition.
  • Project Execution and Control is where most of the resources are applied on the project.
  • In Project Closeout, the Project Team assesses the outcome of the project, as well as its performance.
Capacity Building Strategy

CSM adopts a staged project implementation process to ensure that the system/solution/service is delivered on time, to budget and is fully operational. To make a change completely operational, a high priority to attitude change is given a CSM since a key stumbling block to any change initiative is the lack of motivation amongst those involved.

Therefore capacity building training programs is always a mandate to involve the internal staff from within the client to undertake the work. The consultants would only act as external staff to train and facilitate local staff as necessary. This ensures that local capacities are built and that local staff – who may have a better understanding of local realities – take the lead. Key elemental deliverables that CSM achieves through these Capacity building strategies are

  • Capacity to develop information systems.
  • Capacity to manage projects and to manage change.
  • Capacity to be an 'intelligent customer': able to raise project finance, specify needs, manage procurement, and manage vendors.
  • Capacity to operate and maintain information systems.
