quikSpace is a desktop console alike any other IM with a difference. Once e-Despatch is implemented in a department, all users can download quikSpace to their desktops. It can behave just like any other icon on the desktop. When required, on double clicking the icon, the window is activated prompting for login ID and password. On providing the credentials, the user is immediately taken to his/her e-Space. Therefore, without having to open their websites and then looking to e-Space, a user can get a complete list of read and unread letters in a flash. Since the technology used in Flex, the speed of downloading is unthinkable.
