The Child Tracking System is web-enabling GIS data which gives school/institutions coordinates and personnel data. These information together with child data having Name, Date of Birth, Educational status, Category, Religion, Gender, Regional language, Reason for out of school and Name of School if the child is studying for all children between 0-14 years forms the CTS. 0-5 year age group information was collected mainly to have projections of children for coming five years. The objective of CTS was to link achievement of students over a period of time in a school and measure teacher’s accountability. With this data in place, training modules can be designed for teachers on basis of achievement. CTS provided a system to track the achievement level of each child, school up to State & District level.

SIS required having a format to capture School infrastructure details through a survey using specially designed format for details like building, size & condition of class rooms, availability of drinking water, toilets, electricity etc. along with location details like latitude and longitude as per GPS readings. These details along with the photo identification of the school provided a complete profile. Important parameters like actual availability to ideal requirement of space are calculated for each school automatically on integration. The output of SIS helped in deciding the further infrastructural requirements to be given to the schools for retention of the children as well as the location for further schooling facilities.

Education Personnel Information System is the database of personnel information of employees/teachers working in Department of Elementary Education, the SSs and Para-teachers employed by SSA/DPEP, contractual employees at SPO, DPO DI Office & BRCCs etc. It can and has been extrapolated to cover secondary schools, high schools, degree colleges and other technical/vocational colleges. This database contains information on personnel, service, pay & loan and legal issues of each individual employee/teacher. The objective of this database lies in its ability to generate computerized pay bill of all the employees of the Department of School & Mass Education spread across the State with 400 Drawing & Disbursing Officers (DDOs). This reduces the drudgery & repetitive work being done on this account at present. It is linked with school & children databases to monitor issues like Pupil-Teacher Ratio (PTR), training of teachers, tracking achievement of students over a period of time there by linking to teacher’s performance. Last but not the least it provided information for tracking court cases in the education department and solving issues within stipulated period providing right justice in right time to the employees/teachers.

e-Admission system was looking at the admission process to change the whole paradigm of admission process from being “College centric” to be “Student centric”. This web based monitoring system gives facility to the school/college administration to publish attendance reports on web. Thus, this powerful attendance management software provides parents with first hand information about their wards bunking or genuinely taking a day off from school. The attendance management process of this attendance software can be integrated with biometric and access card system as well. Reports about absent students or those reporting late can be generated and even a notification can be sent to their parents with this attendance management software. The attendance management module can also be used to view attendance reports. While students and parents can view only the concerned student's attendance, teachers have access to the entire class attendance.
